The Building
Dulwich Montessori Nursery School is situated in a beautiful and light Church Hall.
There is a large classroom, kitchen, toilets and a nappy changing area within the building, which are all beautifully decorated with colourful themes. There is a newly refurbished free flow outdoor play area.
The Equipment
A large inventory of Montessori learning equipment is maintained in storage cupboards within the classrooms,  and books, toys and art & craft materials are all available for the wide and varied curriculum of Dulwich Montessori Nursery School.
School Times
Morning sessions are from 9am to 13.00pm and they include the Supervised Lunch Hour. There is an Early Morning Club available for parents who would like their children to start at 8.30 am.
Afternoon sessions are from 1pm to 3.00pm. There is no afternoon session on Friday. Monday and Thursday - Forest school activities and outings to the local woods with our fully qualified Forest School Leader.
Additional Montessori learning activities are also provided during the afternoon sessions.
Holiday Club
We have a Holiday club at our sister nursery - Dulwich Oaks Montessori which is open throughout all half terms and holidays and is available for Dulwich Montessori parents as well. It's open 7.45am-6pm with a variety of sessions available. Please email us for the details and the Holiday Club registration form.
Ownership & Staffing
Dulwich Montessori Nursery School is owned and administered by David and Julia Brows, who deal with the administration, staffing, policies and parent accounts from their office in Surrey. As committed Montessorians with a heart for the development of young children, David and Julia also run another Nursery School - Dulwich Oaks Montessori Nursery.
Our Head Teacher, Gabriella Firth has a wealth of experience. We have great confidence that Gabriella will continue to foster, and build upon, the happy and stimulating environment at the Nursery School, with the help and support of her Deputy Head, Maria Montalto and the happy and enthusiastic team of staff.
HOT LUNCHES
We now offer an option of Hot Lunches to all children. These are prepared and delivered by a specialised catering company.

They are hand made, balanced and nutritious.

They are prepared daily using only natural ingredients sourced locally.

They contain no added salt or processed foods.

They are nut and seed free.

We cater for a variety of dietary and religious requirements and food allergies.

Children not receiving the hot lunches/fresh teas must bring a healthy and nutritious packed lunch.
